What You Will Be Doing
- Managing cloud environments as well as deploying and debugging
- Designing/building cloud microservices and web services
- Managing code deployments, fixes, and updates among other things
- Working with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g. Git)
- Well-versed in IT Ops, industry trends, best practices, and implementations
- Have a Software Engineering background as well as a career track in DevOps
- Experienced with DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with deploying microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- REST API development
- Strong experience with one or more major programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, Go, etc.)
- Working with databases, SQL, and/or NoSQL
- Experienced with cloud environments (e.g. AWS, GCloud, Azure, etc.)
